51st Annual Silent Movie Night
Join RRTOS for the 51st annual Silent Movie Night at the Fargo Theatre!
Friday, September 25, 2026, at the Fargo Theatre.
Doors open at 6:15 p.m., organ prologues begin at 6:30 p.m., and the event begins at 7:00 p.m.
A documentary of 100 years of the Fargo Theatre and Mighty Wurlitzer will be shown, and the feature film will be The Man on the Box, starring Syd Chaplin (brother to Charlie Chaplin). This was the first movie shown the day the Fargo Theatre opened in 1926 and is being featured this year to honor this centennial year.

As of December 2023, the Red River Theatre Organ Society announces a capital campaign goal of $500,000 to restore the Mighty Wurlitzer Theatre Pipe Organ located in the historic Fargo Theatre.

Red River Theatre Organ Society (RRTOS) is a proud, chartered chapter of the American Theatre Organ Society (ATOS). It is one of 80 chapters within the ATOS. RRTOS is located in the Fargo, North Dakota-Moorhead, Minnesota area.

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the theatre pipe organ. Our membership consists of organists, organ technicians, and organ enthusiasts.
